Living, loving and selling in Glendale has made me the Realtor that I am today. In today's market you have to be accessible to your clients at all times. The number one reason agents lose a client is because they don't return their clients phone calls. Its amazing to see other Realtors not picking up their phone and it becomes annoying for the buyer. If I'm in a meeting I make a note to call my clients as soon as I walk out the door so they receive the service they hired me for. Coming from a line of sales, I understand what it is like to be on the other end.
